NEW YORK — Note to self: Hire trainer to sculpt shoulders before spring.

Showing a little — or a lot — of shoulder is shaping up as a big trend for spring 2010, and Tadashi Shoji’s colletion was no exception.

Asymmetrical dresses and blouses dared to bare, so best be toning those delts, ladies.

Note to self: But don’t freak if shoulders aren’t perfect.

Building on fall’s sculpted shoulder look, big poufy sleeves will still be — well — big for spring.
