Surely that would cover the city's $69.59 tow fee for all the vehicles that are towed, not to mention the money that will be generated by the tickets given to the drivers when they are pulled over in the first place. I think that if passed this measure will actually generate revenue for the city. I wish the article would tell the *real" reason the Sheriff's Dept. and the Manager of Safety's office are against this measure.
