Colorado to get $2.5 billion more in stimulus funds

The new $5.5 billion figure includes actual money coming to the state, as well as anticipated tax cuts. That number could grow because it does not include things such as competitive grants.

Wildfire smoke haze persists across Colorado

Smoke from the California wildfires and other fires in the West continues to blanket Colorado, although the haze rates “thin” in much of the northern part of the state, including Denver.

Study: Gridlock costs Denver $38.5 billion a year
